Shocking Berbatov Penalty

See for yourself. £30m, £100,000 per week - SHOCKING. They are not happy in ManURE land.

30th May the FA Cup Final will be between Chelsea and Everton. I bet the FA do not like that.

Atrocious and Disgraceful

The pitch at Wembley today was a disgrace. Both sets of players were slipping and sliding all over the place and the pitch cut up very very easily.

Chelsea won 2-1.

Who will they play in SIX weeks time. ManUre and Everton play tomorrow (Sunday) in the 2nd Semi-Final

FA Cup Semi-Final Weekend

Both games are being played at Wembley.

First up is Chelsea v Arsenal on Saturday then on Sunday its ManUre v Everton.

For me the FA Cup Final is a Wembley occasion, not an occasion for the semi-finals.

Just goes to show how much the FA need the money to pay for Wembley Stadium.

FA Cup 4th Round. How Did Your Team Do?

Man Utd beat Spurs, Chelsea beat Ipswich, West Ham beat Hartlepool. The shock of the day was Swansea beating Portsmouth at Fratton Park.

Fulham EVENTUALLY beat Kettering (a non-league side) at Rockingham Road and there are two more games tomorrow, Sunday.

Cardiff take on Arsenal and for the 2nd time in a week, Everton travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool.

The draw for the 5th Round of the Cup is Sunday evening, 6.15pm UK time.

In League One news, The Real Latics got back to winning ways, beating Stockport County at Boundary Park, 3-1. The win puts The Real Latics into third place in the League One table, three points off an automatic promotion place

Filling the Void

Cast your mind back to January 2008 - Goodison Park, Everton FC

Visitors: Oldham Athletic -FA Cup 3rd Round

Vid 1 is the winning goal
Vid 2 is the fans celebrations

Irony of it all. Oldham got knocked out by Huddersfield in the next round - Huddersfield got beat by Chelsea in the 5th Round.

My mate up north was gutted when the fifth round draw was made and I told him who Chelsea had drawn.

Still there is always another season.
